We seek a dynamic Senior Product Manager to focus on realizing Machine Translation (MT) and Generative AI potential for localization.

Intento builds a translation automation platform for large enterprises like Stripe, Subway, and GAP. Our Language Hub enables tailored AI workflows for automatic translation, connecting them to various software systems to ensure consistent and authentic user and employee experiences across all touchpoints in all languages.


Role Overview:

We seek a dynamic Senior Product Manager to focus on realizing Machine Translation (MT) and Generative AI potential for localization. You’ll play a key role in solving the localization challenges of large enterprises, ensuring our solutions are seamlessly integrated into the existing business processes and toolsets.


What this role is about:

  • Product Ownership: Oversee multiple products, deciding on new features, TMS integrations, and vendor partnerships.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Align with internal teams and customer stakeholders to meet agreed milestones on time. Work closely with Support, Customer Success, Solutions, Sales, and Implementation teams to keep everyone updated and address customer issues

  • Strategic Balancing: Navigate between product strategy and specific customer or internal needs.

  • Customer-Centric Planning: Understand customer goals, use cases, and pain points to inform the product roadmap.

  • Team Coordination: Collaborate with the development team to plan and prioritize features and facilitate effective product development.

  • GenAI Integration: Experiment with GenAI technologies to enhance translation quality without compromising user experience.

Job requirements

We are looking for:


  • Experience: 5+ years of B2B Product Management experience.

  • UX Design: Proficiency in UX Design and ability to prepare mockups/wireframes.

  • Industry Knowledge:
    -     Experience in the Localization industry with a solid understanding of Localization Management.
    - Familiarity with top-market Translation Management Systems.

  • Technical Expertise:
    -     Good knowledge of the MT and GenAI landscape
    - Experience in Prompt Engineering.

  • Additional (preferred):
    -     Proficiency in Figma for designing mockups
    - Strong technical understanding of SaaS products
