Role Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer who will be responsible for developing and maintaining the platform's backend services, infrastructure, and UX. The goal is to provide our customers with a smooth UX and robust, high-performing platform. The role includes collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.

What you’ll do in this role:

  • Write tech designs and discuss them with other teammates

  • Make infrastructure and architecture decisions

  • Write code with tests for the backend and the frontend

  • Be able to run ownership for different services: answer questions from the other teams, initiate new tasks for other service owners, and know how services run on our infrastructure.

  • Research and understand a task topic to estimate the complexity

Job requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product development as a Fullstack Engineer

  • Proficiency in Python, NodeJS (NestJS), and JS (TS) on frontend (ReactJS)

  • Proficiency in debugging and writing unit tests

  • Proficiency in REST API development

  • Proficiency with building high-load architecture by using message brokers, streams, and databases

  • Experience in infrastructure tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Kibana, Grafana, AWS (we have DevOps, these requirements need to use them to watch logs, find issues, memory leaks, and make tasks for our DevOps team)

Preferred:

  • You use LLMs for coding and research, and you know how they work and the nuances of different LLMs.

  • You built software for B2B.

  • You worked at a remote startup for at least 1 year.
