What you’ll do in this role:

  • Conduct regular meetings and maintain seamless communication with clients, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Expertly define project scope and create comprehensive project plans. Allocate and manage resources effectively to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional results.

  • Clearly define the objectives and deliverables for internal projects, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned. Set precise tasks for internal teams and ensure the successful delivery of outcomes to clients.

  • Foster seamless cross-team communication, breaking down silos to facilitate collaboration and shared success. Assign tasks strategically to optimize team strengths and ensure efficiency in project execution.

  • Present project outcomes and insights compellingly to stakeholders, highlighting achievements and learnings.

Job requirements

Our ideal candidate has the following background and skillset: 

  • Minimum 2 years experience at client facing position (project manager, pre-sales engineer, solutions engineer, technical account manager and similar roles)

  • Proficient English

  • Experience in managing cross-team communication

  • Degree or experience in Localization and/or Linguistics

  • Experience with Jira, MS Office, Gantt charts, Miro

  • Experience or education (courses, classes, degree) in development/QA/testing or any connected tech fields
